    3 cup  flour
    1 1/4 cup  lard
    1  egg
    1 tsp  salt
    1 tsp  vinegar
    5 tblsp  cold water

Blend flour and lard, Beat egg in cup, add salt, vinegar, water, mix together. Chill if desired. Roll for pie crust.
