| 3 cup | flour |
| 1 1/4 cup | lard |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | vinegar |
| 5 tblsp | cold water |
Blend flour and lard, Beat egg in cup, add salt, vinegar, water, mix together. Chill if desired. Roll for pie crust.
