    7 small  red chili peppers, remove seeds and soak (or 2 dried New Mexico chilies)
    2 piece  kaffir lime rind
    2  galangal
    1/2 cup  warm water
    1 stalk  lemongrass, botton 6" stalk
    1/4 cup  finely chopped coriander root
    2 tblsp  finely chopped garlic
    1/4 cup  finely chopped yellow onion, (!?)
    2 tsp  coriander seeds
    1 tsp  cumin seeds
    1 tsp  shrimp paste

Soak and chop finely. If using blender add water.
