No Fail Chocolate Frosting

3/4 cup | sugar |
3 tblsp | milk |
2 tblsp | oleo |
1/4 cup | chocolate chips |
Combine sugar, milk and oleo. Boil for 30 seconds. Take off heat and add chocolate chips. When melted beat until smooth. Frost immediately.
