Wash as many small mushrooms as required and cook gently in covered saucepan in a little water for 5 minutes. Pour off the liquid, add enough butter in which to simmer the mushrooms, finely chopped onion, finely chopped bacon, salt and pepper, and cook gently until the mushrooms are tender. At the last moment, sprinkle in a litle plain flour, stir well and add enough sour cream to make a sauce. Simmer until the sauce is hot. |
