1/2 cup | butter |
1 cup | flour |
1/4 cup | powdered sugar |
2 tblsp | lemon juice |
2 | eggs |
1 cup | sugar |
2 tblsp | flour |
1/2 tsp | baking powder |
Dash | salt |
Mix butter, flour and powdered sugar and pat into 9 inch square pan. Bake 15 minutes 350F. For filling mix flour, sugar, and baking powder, beat eggs until light and thick. Add dry ingredients and lemon juice. Spoon on baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350F. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with thin powdered sugar frosting.
