Kaffir Lime Leaf Daiquiri

| 1/2 cup | lime juice |
| 1/2 cup | simple syrup, (1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup sugar) |
| 5 | kaffir lime leaves |

Combine all in 1 qt mason jar with ice. Strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with more kaffir lime leaves.
