Pitta Calzone with Tomato & Cheese

1 | pitta bread |
1½ oz | ricotta cheese |
2 | tomatoes |
1 pinch | oregano |
1 pinch | Italian seasoning |
1 oz | mozzarella |
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) or gas mark 5.
2. Split the pitta and fill with the ricotta, diced tomato and herbs.
3. Top with the mozzarella and bake for 15-20 minutes until melted and golden.
