Pasta with Salmon & Herbs 2

2 oz | pasta |
2½ oz | canned salmon |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
½ tsp | peppercorns |
½ tbsp | fresh chives |
1½ tbsp | fresh basil |
1 tsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | low fat plain yogurt |
1 | vegetable of choice |
1 tsp | sesame seeds |
1 | pear, additional |
1. Cook the pasta following package directions, omitting any added fat or salt.
2. Crush the peppercorns with the back of a spoon and add to the lemon juice.
3. Toss the salmon in this mixture and cook in the olive oil.
4. Spoon over the yogurt and add the freshly chopped herbs. Serve over pasta.
