Sweet Potato Crunch-Sharon's

| 3 cups | cooked sweet potatoes,, (2 large cans) |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1 - 2 | eggs |
| 1/2 t | salt |
| 1/2 stick | butter |
| 1 cup | milk |
| 1/2 T | vanilla |
| Mix all ingredients with mixer and pour into 2 qt casserole or 9 x 13 in dish. Topping: | |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| 1/2 stick | butter |
| 1/2 cup | flour |
| 1/2 t | vanilla |
| 1 cup | chopped pecans |
Mix together and spoon over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
