Easy Oatmeal Cookies

| 1 cup | flour |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1/2 tsp | ginger |
| Stir together in a bowl. | |
| 1 cup | brown sugar, (packed) |
| 1 cup | rolled oats |
| Add sugar and oats. | |
| 1/4 cup | vegetable oil |
| 2 tblsp | milk |
| 1 | egg |
| Mix in throroughly. | |
| 3/4 cup | chopped nuts |
Stir in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on lighly greased baking sheet.
Yield: 3 dozen
