| 150 gr | uovo |
| 50 gr | zucchero |
| 35 gr | farina |
| 2 gr | lievito |
2 minuti max potenza microonde.
Montare le uova a temp. ambiente con lo zucchero molto bene. Poi aggiungere farina e lievito setacciati e il colorante (se si vuole). Lavorare con spatola.
Fare sul fondo del bicchiere di carta 3 buchini, riempire 2/3 con l'impasto e mettere in microonde. Io ho fatto max potenza 2 min 1/2. Fare raffreddare tagliare il bicchiere
