<RecipeText>Roast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet until they are fragrant and crunchy. Cut the carrots into julienne strips (see pages 37 to 38). Heat a skillet, add the oil, and saute the carrots for a couple of minutes. Add the lemon and honey, and cook, covered, over moderately low heat until tender. Season with salt or soy sauce. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the carrots and serve.
