Finely chop 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1/4 cup celery Sauté the above until softened. Brown 2-3 chicken breasts, or buy a barbecue chicken. Cut chicken up and add to vegetable mixture. Mix to-together 1 can Cream of Chicken soup and 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup until smooth and then add half to 1 can milk and a half to 1
    Container  sour cream,, (500ml. Size).

Mix all to-getter and put in a 9” x 13” baking pan.
Just before baking, cover with a box of stuffing mix.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
