EGG STRATA

| 2 c | croutons |
| 1 c | shredded cheddar cheese |
| 4 | eggs |
| 2 c | milk |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 1/8 tsp | onion powder, to taste |
| fresh onion, alternative | |
| 4 slices | cooked bacon, or more to taste |
| Sautéed mushrooms to taste | |
| Oregano, to taste | |
| Sausage, cooked and diced- to taste | |
Combine croutons and cheese in greased 10x6x2” baking dish
Beat eggs, add milk and seasonings
Pour over crouton mixture
Crumble bacon over top
Add mushrooms, onions, and sausage
Bake 1 hour or less, til set@ 325 degrees
Garnish w/ bacon and scallions
Can put together the previous day.
Take out of fridge while preheating oven.
