|3 (8 ounce) packages||cream cheese softened|
|1 tablespoon||lemon juice|
Add sugar to cream cheese in a bowl, blending well, beat in eggs, one at a time, add vanilla. Add lemon juice to remaining cheese mixture and pour into well-buttered 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes or until done, cool, then chill.
