1 | honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup | pistachios, chopped, roasted, salted & shelled |
3T | crysallized ginger |
whisk together: | |
1/4 | cider vinegar |
1/4 cup | extra-virgin olive oil |
1/2 tsp. | ground ginger |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
Add celery, apple, pistachios, & ginger. Toss to combine.
