Ireland's Banana Bread

| 2 1/2 cups | flour |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 3 1/2 Tsp | baking powder |
| 1 Tsp | salt |
| 3 Tbsp | oil |
| 1 | eggs |
| 3/4 cup | milk |
| 1 cup | mashed ripe bananas |
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a bread pan.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pan and bake 55 to 65 minutes.
Cool before slicing.
