8 oz. | cream cheese |
1 C | sour cream |
1 C | salsa |
1/4 lb. | sliced corned beef |
3/4 C | Swiss cheese shredded |
1/2 C | sour kraut |
1 clove | garlic minced |
Salt | |
pepper to taste |
Combine all ingredients in stand mixer but reserve cheese to cover the top. Add to baking dish. Add 4-5 pats of butter evenly throughout the dish pushing them down into the mixture. Cover top with Swiss cheese and bake for 20-25 min at 375 until bubbly.
