<RecipeText>Place potatoes in sauce pan, cover with water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, cook until tender.

Drain potatoes, then mash with 2 Tablespoons butter, cream cheese, sour cream and milk. Salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon into a lightly buttered baking dish. Brush top with melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes until hot, or cover and refrigerate. If refrigerated, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, then bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes or until hot.

This recipe can easily be doubled. You will need extra, they are delicious!
