3 pounds | Broccoli |
4 tablespoons | Butter Light |
4 oz | parmesan Cheese |
4 pounds | tomatoes |
6 oz | Sun dried tomatoes |
4 oz | garlic |
Boil pasta until tender.
Cook Broccoli until tender
In a large saucepan add butter and minched garlic heat until butter has all melted and reduce heat.
Add in tomatoes cut into large chunks.
Add in broccoli cut into large chunks.
Add in sun dried tomatoes.
Simmer until tomatoes have softened.
Add in cooked pasta and stir.
Add in parmesan cheese and stir.
Add salt and pepper to taste
