Ingredients: 6 gaujillo peppers 4 puya peppers | |
2 lbs | pork chops, cubed |
1 tbs | cumin |
1 tbs | chili powder |
8 cloves | garlic, pressed |
1 tbs | oregano |
1 tsp | cayenne powder |
Salt | |
pepper to taste | |
1 tsp | parsely |
4 cups | chicken stock |
Cut ends off peppers and remove seeds. Simmer for 20 min in chicken
Sautee onion in olive until until soft.
Add pork and garlic, brown
Add salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder and oregano to pot
Cook for 5 minutes
Blend peppers/stock mix and strain
