8 ounces | Brussel sprouts, trimmed and quartered |
2 Tbsp | apple cider |
2 tsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | fresh thyme, minced |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | freshly ground pepper |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine apples and Brussels sprouts in an 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Add apple cider, olive oil, minced fresh thyme, salt and freshly ground black pepper; toss well.
