HAMBURGER BARBEQUE

| 1 pound | hamburger |
| 1/2 - 1 cup | celery, chopped finely |
| 1 medium | onion, chopped finely |
| Pepper to taste | |
| 1 T | mustard |
| 1/2 c | catsup |
| 1 jar | Heinz chili sauce, (rinse out jar with a little water) |
| 1T | brown sugar |
1/6th tsp liquid smoke
Brown hamburger, onions and celery.
I brown each item separately and then add them all together
Then add catsup and chili sauce
Simmer until very thick in consistency.
