Brussels sprout crisps

300g | Brussels sprouts about 4 cups trimmed and core remove and leaves separated. |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Sea salt |
Preheat oven to 400. Toss leaves with olive oil on a large cookie sheet. Use fingers to make sure it's all coated well. Bake in centre of oven until golden brown and crispy. 8-10 min. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately.
