Broccoli Casserole

| 2 | eggs, well beaten |
| 1/4 c. | butter, (1/2 stick) |
| 1 c. | mayonnaise |
| 1 can | cream of celery soup |
| 2 c. | sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1/4 c. | onion, chopped |
| 3 10 oz pkgs | frozen broccoli |
| 1 c. | Chees-it's or Ritz crackers, crushed |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except crackers. Mix well. Pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish. Top with crushed crackers. Bake 1 hour. Serves 8-10.
