FONDUE - Salted Caramel Fondue

14 ounce can | sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup mini | marshmallows |
1/2 cup | heavy cream |
1 teaspoon | kosher salt |
sliced apples, (to dip) | |
sliced pears, (to dip) | |
pretzels, (to dip) | |
whole strawberries, (to dip) |
step-by-step directions
Place the sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 10 minutes for increments of 30 seconds. Stirring at each interval. The sweetened condensed milk will thicken and turn a golden brown. Stir in heavy cream and marshmallows. Microwave for 1 more minute. Remove from microwave and stir in the salt.
Pour into a fondue pot and serve with sliced apples, pears and pretzels.

- Skewer the fruit for easy dipping!
