BITES - Deviled Cheese Toasts

The Chew Clinton Kelly Deviled Cheese Toasts | |
6 slices | crusty Italian bread, (thinly sliced) |
1/2 pound | cheddar cheese, (grated) |
1 cup | mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | dill pickles, (chopped) |
1/4 cup | roasted red bell pepper, (chopped) |
1 pinch | red chili flakes |
Preheat oven to broil.
Lightly toast bread for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Spread a thick layer of cheese mixture onto the bread slices. Place under and broil until golden brown and bubbly on top, about 2 to 4 minutes.
