Sausage and goat cheese casserole

In a large bowl, whisk 10 eggs, 3 cups whole milk, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Stir in 16 cups (1 lb.) cubed country white bread, 1 lb. hot italian sausage, cooked and crumbled, two 12 oz jars marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained, one 12 oz jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced, and one 5 oz package goat cheese , crumbled. Transfer to a buttered 3 qt. baking dish. Cover; refrigerate overnite. Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 1 hour.
