| 20 ounces | melting chocolate, such as almond bark |
| 1 cup | raisins |
| dried cranberries, alternative | |
| dried cherries, alternative | |
| 1/2 cup | slivered almonds |
| 1/2 cup | whole peanuts |
Directions
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a bowl set over a pan of boiling water. Pour in the raisins, almonds and peanuts and stir to combine.
Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, place mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Leave to sit at room temperature or in the fridge for 5 minutes to set. Package in gift bags
