Total meal: 404 calories Recipe Notes MAKE IT A TEAM EFFORT Kids will like the added fruit flavors of smoothies made with fruit-juice cubes. Buy a plastic ice-cube tray to make cubes from the juice in which pineapple, pears, and other fruits are canned. Place a fine strainer over a measuring cup with a pouring spout. Dump the fruit into the strainer. Have the kids pour the juice into the ice-cube tray. Place in the freezer until solid. Remove the cubes from the tray, and have the kids pack them into zip-top plastic bags that they have labeled for longer storage. Nutritional Facts per serving CALORIES 261.8 CAL | |
