Potatoes; Greek Style

1/3 cup | olive oil |
1 1/2 cups | water |
2 cloves | garlic |
1/4 cup | lemon juice |
1 tsp | dried thyme |
1 tsp | dried rosemary |
2 cubes | chicken stock |
Ground black pepper to taste | |
6 | potatoes, peeled and quartered |
Preheat oven to 175'
In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
Arrange potatoes evenly over the bottom of a baking dish.
Pour olive oil mixture over the potatoes.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, turning occasionally.
