Left-Over Turkey Casserole

This recipe can be used to clean up that left-over turkey following Thanksgiving dinner. INGREDIENTS: | |
5 c. | Turkey, cubed, (enough to cover bottom of 9X13" pan) |
8 oz. | Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup | Evaporated milk |
1 can | Cream of chicken soup |
3 cups | croutons, (or a left-over box of Stove Top Dressing) |
1/2 cup | butter or margarine, melted |
DIRECTIONS:
Fill bottom of 9X13 inch baking dish evenly with cubed turkey. Top with shredded cheese. Add milk to soup and stir until smooth; pour over turkey and cheese. Toss croutons or dry Stove Top Dressing with melted butter until evenly coated; sprinkle evenly over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
