Set oven to 320F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Pour coconut onto cookie sheet and toast for 5-9 minutes. Stir halfway thru toast time to make all coconut equally toasted.
Melt chocolate on microwave x 30 seconds then stir repeat as necessary until chocolate is completely melted.
When melted, stir in the coconut to
cpletely coat. Spoon mixture into
Mini cc wraps (about 1/2 full)
Refrigerate until cho chocolate is set.
