    6 slices  Rye bread
    1 14 1/2 oz. can  or carton sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 lb.  Pastrami or corned beef, cut in strips
    3/4 c.  Thousand Island or Russian dressing
    2 c.  Swiss cheese, shredded

Non-stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400F.

Spray a casserole dish with cooking.

Layer 3 slices of the bread on the bottom of a casserole. Add 1/2 the sauerkraut on top. Then add a layer of 3 meat slices. Add 1/2 the dressing, spread evenly over the top. Layer 1 c. Swiss shreds over all. Repeat these layers.

Bake 30-45 minutes.
