Steak Bites (from the Pioneer Woman)

| 2 lb. | sirolin steak, cut into bite sized pieces |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| 4 tbsp. | butter |
Directions:
- in a skillet melt the butter until it is dark brown
- toss all the steak bites into the skillet and give it a shake to get them all into a single layer
- try not to disturb them
- cook for about 45 seconds (outside will be dark brown, but center will be pink)
