Flank steak, tomato bruschetta & green beans

1/2 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
1/4 creole seasoning | |
1 lb | flank steak |
2 cups | cherry tomatoes |
4 tsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | basil |
1 | shallot, chopped |
French baguette | |
1 | Garlic clove |
1. Rub canola oil, paprika, half salt, half pepper, and creole on steak. Grill steak (4 min) and skewered tomatoes.
2. Chop grilled tomatoes, add 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper and shallot.
3. Grill bread w olive oil, top w bruschetta.
