Asian Cabbage Salad

2 Cups | shredded cabbage |
1 bunch | chopped green onions |
1/4 Cup | slivered almonds |
1/4 Cup | roasted unsalted sunflower seeds |
1 pkt oriental ramen noodles DRESSING | |
1/4 Cup | oil |
2 Tblsp | vinegar |
2 Tblsp | sugar, (or 3 pkts equal) |
Soup flavor from raman pkt | |
Ground pepper to taste |
Crumble dry (uncooked) ramen noodles and combine with chopped onions, cabbage, and nuts. Toss salad before serving. You can make salad ahead of time if you keep dressing separate.
I always make a double batch.
