    2 3/4 c  flour
    1 c  soft butter
    1 c  sugar
    1 c  red jam
    1/2 c  heavy cream

In mixer mix flour, cream & butter. Chill several hours. Roll on sugared board to 1/8" thick. Cut half with 1 3/4" cutter. For other half use 1 3/4" doughnut cutter.( if you don't have cutters use juice glass & some type of cap that is about 3/4" in diameter). Cut half circles solid & half with center cut out using cap. Bake 12 min @ 350. Cool on racks
Put together with jam in center
