<RecipeText>1. Mix sour cream, brown sugar, chocolate syrup and cognac in a medium bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until it starts to thicken. Add sugar and whip until thick.
3. Fold whipped cream into the sour cream mixture until well blended.
4. Clean and core the strawberries. Put about 1/2 cup of berries each in eight wineglasses. Divide sauce equally among glasses.
