1 lb (500 g) | lean ground beef |
1 pkg (176 g) Hamburger Helper* — Salisbury | |
2 1/4 cup (300 mL) | water |
1 cup (250 mL) | orange juice |
1 tsp (5 mL) | grated orange rind, (optional) |
2 tbsp (25 mL) | soy sauce |
1 1/2-2 tsp (7-10 mL) | ground ginger |
1 pkg (500 g) Green Giant* Garden Creations Japanese Mix or California Combo
Method:
Brown beef in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Drain.
Stir in sauce mix, noodles, water, orange juice, grated orange rind (if using), soy sauce and ginger. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in vegetables.
Cover, and continue cooking 7 to 8 minutes.
