BBQ Beef Tortillas

½ lb (250 g) | beef sirloin steak, trimmed of fat, cut into thin strips |
1 cup (250 mL) Green Giant* Frozen Niblets* Whole Kernel Corn or 1 can (12 oz/341 mL) Green Giant* Canned Niblets* Whole Kernel Corn | |
½ cup (125 mL) | barbecue sauce |
4 (8-inch) Old El Paso* Soft Flour Tortillas, heated as directed on package | |
1 cup (250 mL) | chopped tomato |
¼ cup (50 mL) | shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese |
Method:
Heat medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until browned.
Stir in corn and barbecue sauce. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Place tortillas on 4 individual plates. Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture down center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/4 cup (50 mL) chopped tomato and 1 tablespoon (15 mL) cheese. Fold tortillas in half or roll up.
