| 300 gr | Farina 00 |
| 150 gr | burro |
| 150 | zucchero |
| 3 | uova |
| 200 ml | latte tiepido |
| 1 bustina | lievito per dolci |
Se volete velocizzare i tempi ottenendo un ottimo risultato utilizzare il mixer o la planetaria.
Mettete le uova e lo zucchero e frullate.
Aggiungete il burro fuso o ammorbidito.
Unite il latte.
Poi la farina e il lievito.
Infornate per 30 minuti a 180°.
