Garganelli Pasta with Prosciutto

| Can also use penne pasta. in a pan heat olive oil then add heavy cream and shredded prosciutto. Let it cook down. Add some parmesan. When pasta is cooked add it to the cream sauce. Add more parmesan. Plate it with arugula. |
