| 1/2 cup | sweet pepper jelly |
| 1/4 cup | raisins |
| dried cherries, alternative | |
| 2 tbsp | brown sugar |
| 2 tbsp | cider vinegar |
| 1 tsp | mustard seeds |
| 1tsp | coriander seeds |
| 2 strips 1" wide lemon zest | |
| 1 | cinnamon stick |
| 1/2 cup | red onions |
| combine all except onion in medium saucepan | |
| 1/2 cup | water and simmer uncovered 15 min. |
add onion and cook 4 min.
let cool
remove cinnamon
