    500ml  acqua,, (versare lentamente 300 + 200)

Fare lievitare l'impasto per 25 minuti
Fare palline di 80g circa,
Lasciare lievitare per altri 60 minuti.

Preriscaldare il forno a 210 gradi
Infornare per 10 minuti
Abbassare la temperatura a 170 gradi fino a colorazione.
