PRÉPARATION
Dans une casserole, cuire le bacon et les oignons verts jusqu'à ce le gras du bacon soit presque tout fondu. Le bacon ne doit pas être croustillant.
Dans un bol, mélanger les oeufs, la crème et le parmesan. Ajouter au mélange de bacon avec les pâtes. Réchauffer. Rectifier l'assaisonnement.
