1 lb. | Ground Pork |
1 Med | size onion, (finely chopped) |
2 Med | size potatoes, (cubed 1/4") |
1 tsp | Sage |
1/2 tsp | Pepper |
1/2 tsp | Celery Salt |
1/8 tsp | Ground Garlic |
1/4 lb. | Butter,, (unsalted) |
1/4 cup | Bread Crumbs |
1/2 cup | Water |
Pie crusts,, (9") |
Preheat oven 350 (convection)
Brown beef and pork, DRAIN. Return to pan and add onions and butter. Mix until butter melts. Add bread crumbs and spices. Mix with water. Simmer 20-30 mins. Mix in potatoes and add to crust lined 9" pie plate. Cover with pie crust, brush with milk. Bake till top browns (~30-40 mins)
