| 2 cup | sugar |

| 1/4 cup | cocoa powder |

| 1 tsp | vanilla |
Boil butter, oil, water. Pour over sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Add eggs, buttermilk, soda, vanilla
Bake 350 30 minutes in 9 x 13 pan
