Matzo Balls

4 | eggs, beaten |
1/2 C | water |
1/3 C | oil |
1 1/2 C | matzo meal |
Pinch | salt,, (1/8 tsp) |
Dash | white pepper |
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Spoon into ice cube tray. Freeze. Cover with wax paper.
To use, place in boiling water for 30 minutes and then transfer to soup.
