2 lbs | pork sausage |
6-8 oz | sliced mushrooms |
12 oz | French bread cut into 1, 2" cubes |
6 large | eggs |
1 qt | milk |
2 tsp | Italian seasoning |
1/2 tsp | garlic powder |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
8-12 oz | shredded mozzarella |
4-8 oz | shredded cheddar |
1. Grease 9x13" baking dish
2. Brown and drain sausage and mushrooms
3. Whisk egg, milk, and seasoning together
4. Mix sausage and bread and put in baking dish
5. Pour egg mixture over sausage and bread
6. Refrigerate overnight
7. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for one hour
8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses
9. Bake 15 minutes more, or until knife comes out clean
